# Update customer mapping

`POST /v1/customer/list`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://app.getswipe.in/api/partner`
- URL: `https://app.getswipe.in/api/partner/v1/customer/list`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

**v1 is deprecated — use the v2 endpoint instead.** Re-links your customer IDs to existing Swipe records in bulk. Use this after changing IDs in your own system, so future calls don't create duplicate customers.

## Request body

- ListCustomerMapModel
  - `customer_mapping` CustomerMapModel[], required
    - `customer_id` string, required: Customer ID
    - `swipe_id` string, required: Swipe ID
    - `force_update` boolean: Updates even if the customer id is already mapped with other swipe id, no customer details will be updated

## Response `200`

Updated successfully

- CustomerResponse
  - `success` boolean: Success flag
  - `message` string: Response message

## Other responses

- `400`: Error in mapping Customer List
- `401`: Unauthorized
- `409`: Error in mapping Customer List
- `500`: Internal Server Error
