Get market sentiment analysis from database

This endpoint is PUBLIC and returns shared market sentiment data.
No authentication required as this data is the same for all users.

ALWAYS returns from database - never calculates on request.
Background task updates data every 15 minutes.

Returns:
    Complete sentiment analysis including:
    - Composite sentiment score (0-100)
    - Top news articles with sentiment
    - Fear & Greed Index
    - Keyword drivers
