`POST /webhook/healthie`

## Request

Healthie webhook endpoint that processes various event types.

This endpoint:
1. Validates the webhook signature
2. Fetches the resource data from Healthie
3. Finds or creates a thread based on healthie_user_id
4. Triggers ReceivedHealthieWebhookTrigger with the webhook data

Supported resource types: Appointment, Document, FormAnswerGroup
