Create a new thread.

- CreateThreadInput
  - `timezone` string, nullable: Timezone for the thread (e.g., "America/Chicago").
  - `user_phone_number` string, nullable
  - `user_email` string, nullable
  - `project_name` string, nullable: The name of the Puppeteer project.
  - `json_data` string, nullable: JSON data as a string to be sent to the thread upon creation. This data will be processed by the thread's JSON input handler.
  - `type` 'NORMAL' | 'SIMULATED' | 'CONFIG_TEST' | 'PLAYGROUND': Enum for different types of threads.
  - `scenario_id` string, nullable
