# Update Project

`PUT /accounting/projects/{projectId}`

Updates a project on the Pliant platform

## Path parameters

- `projectId` string, uuid, required

## Request body

- object
  - `organizationId` string, uuid, required
  - `name` string, required — Name of the project. This can be changed later.
  - `costUnit` string, required — Cost unit of the project. This cannot be changed, once the Project is used in a transaction. Before that, a change is possible.
  - `status` 'ACTIVE' | 'INACTIVE', required
