`POST /api/price-compare/admin/sets/bulk`

Delete or restore many benchmarks at once.

Copying in bulk is deliberately NOT here: every copy has its own question
about an existing copy in the target account, and answering all of them with
one flag is how work gets overwritten. The client loops the single-copy
endpoint instead, and sees each answer.
