# Get Franchisee Breakdown

`GET /api/franchisees/breakdown`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://data.getplace.io` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://data.getplace.io/api/franchisees/breakdown`
- Auth: OAuth 2
  - Password
  - Token URL: `/api/auth/login`

Return outlet counts grouped by franchisee for each requested chain.

Result shape: { "chain_id": [{fr_id, name, count}, ...] }
An entry with fr_id=null represents outlets not assigned to any franchisee.

## Query parameters

- `chain_ids` integer[], required
- `country_code` string, nullable
- `date_from` string, nullable
- `date_to` string, nullable
