# List users in scope

`GET /api/v1/users`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://getorquesta.com`
- URL: `https://getorquesta.com/api/v1/users`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`

Org-scoped tokens (`oak_`, `oclt_`) return organization members. Agent tokens (`oat_`)
return members of the token's project. Useful for resolving `createdBy` ids to email/name.

## Response `200`

User list.

    - `id` string, uuid, required
    - `email` string, email, nullable, required
    - `fullName` string, nullable
    - `avatarUrl` string, uri, nullable
    - `role` string, nullable: Org role for org-scoped tokens, project role for agent tokens

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid API key.
- `403`: Insufficient scope, revoked token, or project-scope mismatch.
