# Update a prompt's collaboration fields

`PATCH /api/v1/prompts/{id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://getorquesta.com`
- URL: `https://getorquesta.com/api/v1/prompts/{id}`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`

Star, tag, assign or re-rate an existing prompt. Requires a CLI token (`oclt_`) or an
org API key (`oak_`) with `prompts:write`; agent tokens are read-only. `assigned_to`
must be a member of the same organization.

## Response `200`

The updated fields.

## Other responses

- `400`: No valid fields, a wrong field type, or an assignee outside the organization.
- `401`: Missing or invalid API key.
- `403`: Insufficient scope, revoked token, or project-scope mismatch.
- `404`: Resource not found (or invisible to your scope).
