# List what went out as a sender

`GET /outreach-tasks/activity/`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.getoneprofile.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.getoneprofile.ai/outreach-tasks/activity/`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`
  - HTTP bearer

A sender's Activity: every email that went out as them (a sequence's email or a reply from the inbox) and every LinkedIn step that ran on their account, with who let it go, plus every task a person refused. Each row says how it ended (`outcome`: `sent`, `done`, `failed`, `skipped`, `already_pending`, `stopped`, or `not_sent` for a refusal) and how it was decided (`decision`: `approved` with the approver, `automatic` when no person decided, `rejected` with who refused it, `sent_by_person` for a reply a person wrote in the inbox, `not_recorded` for a LinkedIn step from before Activity whose approval was not kept), with `ask_reason` saying why it was held for a person first. Our own LinkedIn checks (the inbox, sent connection requests, new connections) are not activity and are left out. Newest first by default; order by `occurred_at` or `contact_label`. Pass `sender_profile_id` for one sender; omit it for the whole workspace.

## Query parameters

- `filters` ListOutreachActivityFilterParamsSchema, required: Query parameters narrowing a sender's Activity. Every filter is optional and repeatable where it takes a list; omitted, it lets everything through. A sender's page passes its own sender.
  - `channel` TaskChannel[], nullable: Only these channels (`email`, `linkedin`); omit for both.
  - `decision` ActivityDecision[], nullable: Only what was decided this way: `approved` (a person or an API key approved it before it went), `automatic` (no person decided: the rules let it go), `rejected` (a person refused it, so it never went), `sent_by_person` (a person wrote and sent it from the inbox), `not_recorded` (a LinkedIn step from before Activity whose approval was not kept).
  - `kind` string[], nullable: Only these kinds: a LinkedIn action slug (`connection_request`, `send_message`, …), `email` for a sequence's email, or `reply` for a reply from the inbox.
  - `occurred_after` string, date-time, nullable: Only what happened at or after this instant, with its timezone offset.
  - `occurred_before` string, date-time, nullable: Only what happened before this instant, with its timezone offset.
  - `outcome` ActivityOutcome[], nullable: Only what ended this way: `sent` (an email the provider accepted), `done` (a LinkedIn step that did its job), `failed`, `skipped`, `already_pending` (a connection request somebody had already sent), `stopped`, `not_sent` (refused).
  - `search` string, nullable: Words that must each appear in the contact's name, address or LinkedIn profile, or in the subject.
  - `sender_profile_id` string[], nullable: Only what went out as these senders; omit for every sender.
  - `sequence_id` string[], nullable: Only what these sequences sent; omit for all of them.
- `limit` integer: The number of items to return.
- `order_by` 'occurred_at' | 'contact_label'
- `order_direction` 'asc' | 'desc'
- `cursor` string, nullable: Set the cursor to the next or previous page. You can get the cursor from the previous page's response.

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- PaginatedResponseOutreachActivityReadSchema
  - `data` OutreachActivityReadSchema[]: The list of ResponseItems.
    - `acted_at` string, date-time, nullable: When a LinkedIn step acted on LinkedIn. Set on a step marked failed means it went through after all, after it was marked failed.
    - `agent_written` boolean, required: Whether the outbound agent wrote the words.
    - `ask_reason` 'low_confidence' | 'findings' | 'insufficient_data' | 'policy' | 'always_ask' | 'sequence_manual' | 'step_requires_approval' | 'daily_cap' | 'unverified_sender' | 'suppressed' | 'different_sender' | 'label' | 'question' | 'consecutive_cap' | 'thread_cap' | 'hourly_cap' | 'org_daily_cap' | 'stale_inbound' | 'sequence_gone' | 'bot_question' | 'automated_counterparty' | 'kill_switch' | 'authentication' | 'language' | 'linkedin_only' | 'send_interrupted' | 'sender_switched_to_manual', required: Why a message that could have sent unattended was put in front of a person. One vocabulary for every gate between an agent writing a message and the message leaving: what the agent itself said about the draft (``LOW_CONFIDENCE``, ``FINDINGS``, ``INSUFFICIENT_DATA``, ``POLICY``), what the sender or the cadence asked for (``ALWAYS_ASK``, ``SEQUENCE_MANUAL``, ``STEP_REQUIRES_APPROVAL``), what the pacing rules refused (``DAILY_CAP``, ``CONSECUTIVE_CAP``, ``THREAD_CAP``, ``HOURLY_CAP``, ``ORG_DAILY_CAP``), what the mailbox or the thread made unsafe (``UNVERIFIED_SENDER``, ``DIFFERENT_SENDER``, ``LABEL``, ``QUESTION``, ``STALE_INBOUND``, ``SEQUENCE_GONE``), and what the counterparty turned out to be (``BOT_QUESTION``, ``AUTOMATED_COUNTERPARTY``, ``AUTHENTICATION``, ``LANGUAGE``, ``LINKEDIN_ONLY``). ``KILL_SWITCH`` is the platform switch that stops unattended sending outright, and ``SEND_INTERRUPTED`` an unattended reply whose send never got as far as a provider. ``SENDER_SWITCHED_TO_MANUAL`` is a LinkedIn step queued unasked that went back to a person because its sender switched to manual before it ran. Stored on the task so the queue can say why each row is there, and so "why did nothing send" is answerable by counting rows rather than by reading logs.
    - `body` string, nullable, required: The words as they went out, or would have for a refusal.
    - `channel` 'linkedin' | 'email', required: Which channel performs the task once it is allowed to run.
    - `contact_company` string, nullable: The contact's company, from their audience row.
    - `contact_identity` string, nullable, required: The address or LinkedIn profile behind the label.
    - `contact_label` string, required: The contact as the queue names them: a name, else an address or profile.
    - `contact_title` string, nullable: The contact's job title, from their audience row.
    - `decided_at` string, date-time, nullable, required
    - `decided_by_display_name` string, nullable, required: Who approved it, refused it or sent it: a person's name, an API key's, or the platform's. Null when nobody did.
    - `decision` 'approved' | 'automatic' | 'rejected' | 'sent_by_person' | 'not_recorded', required: Who let one unit of outreach go, or refused it. ``APPROVED``: a person (or an API key) approved it before it went. ``AUTOMATIC``: nobody was asked; the sender's or the sequence's rules let it go. ``REJECTED``: a person refused it, so it never went. ``SENT_BY_PERSON``: a person wrote it and sent it themselves, from the inbox. ``NOT_RECORDED``: a LinkedIn step that ran before Activity existed whose approval a later step of the same contact has since overwritten; saying so is truer than guessing.
    - `detail` string, nullable, required: Why it failed, in the channel's words, or why the person refused it.
    - `error_code` string, nullable, required: The LinkedIn step's error code, or for a skip its specific reason, for the words every LinkedIn surface gives it.
    - `found_already` boolean: A step that was cut off, came back, and found its own earlier attempt had already done it.
    - `id` string, uuid, required
    - `kind` string, required: The LinkedIn action slug, or `email` (a sequence's email) or `reply`.
    - `linkedin_action_id` string, uuid, nullable, required
    - `mailbox_address` string, nullable, required: The address an email left from; null for LinkedIn.
    - `mailbox_id` string, uuid, nullable, required
    - `occurred_at` string, date-time, required: When it was sent, when the LinkedIn step ended, or when it was refused.
    - `outcome` 'sent' | 'done' | 'failed' | 'skipped' | 'already_pending' | 'stopped' | 'not_sent', required: How one unit of outreach ended. ``SENT`` is an email the provider accepted; ``DONE`` a LinkedIn step that did its job, the word both LinkedIn surfaces use. ``SKIPPED`` is a step that did not apply or was passed over in the extension; ``ALREADY_PENDING`` the one skip every LinkedIn surface names apart, a connection request somebody had already sent; ``STOPPED`` one stopped while a browser ran it. ``NOT_SENT`` is a task a person refused, which never reached its channel.
    - `sender_profile_id` string, uuid, required
    - `sender_profile_name` string, nullable, required: The sender it went out as; null when the sender was since deleted.
    - `sent_without_note` boolean: A connection request LinkedIn sent the moment Connect was pressed, before its note could be added: the invitation went, the note did not.
    - `sequence_id` string, uuid, nullable, required
    - `sequence_name` string, nullable, required
    - `step_id` string, uuid, nullable, required
    - `step_name` string, nullable, required: The step as its card in the Builder names it; null outside a sequence.
    - `step_position` integer, nullable, required
    - `subject` string, nullable, required
    - `task_id` string, uuid, nullable, required: Its task on the Tasks page, when it had one.
    - `thread_id` string, uuid, nullable, required: The inbox conversation, when there is one.
  - `next_page_cursor` string, nullable: The cursor to the next page. If there are no more pages, this is None.
  - `previous_page_cursor` string, nullable: The cursor to the previous page. If there are no previous pages, this is None.
