# Read the AI Assistant's action settings

`GET /assistant/settings/`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.getoneprofile.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.getoneprofile.ai/assistant/settings/`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`
  - HTTP bearer

The workspace's rules for what the AI Assistant may apply without asking: the credit threshold at or above which every action proposes, the verbs a new conversation may apply on its own, and the write operations it may call without asking. Created with the defaults on first read.

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- AssistantSettingsReadSchema: What the assistant may apply unasked in this workspace.
  - `approval_threshold_credits` integer, required: Whole credits. Anything priced at or above this always proposes, whatever was granted.
  - `default_granted_tools` string[], required: The write operations the assistant may call without asking, for everybody in this workspace. Operation names, as `GET /assistant/tools/` lists them.
  - `default_granted_verbs` WorkspaceVerb[], required: The verbs a new conversation may apply without asking.

## Other responses

- `401`: Unauthorized
- `403`: Forbidden
- `422`: Invalid request made to the API.
- `500`: Internal server error.
- `502`: Bad gateway error.
- `503`: Service unavailable.
