# Publish a trip

`POST /v1/trips/{publicId}/publish`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.getmyhotels.com`

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Runs `itinerary.publish`; owner-only. Makes the trip publicly readable and returns `{ shareToken }`. Publishing again keeps the same token, so links already shared keep working. The web share link is `https://www.getmyhotels.com/trips/{publicId}?token={shareToken}`; `GET /v1/trips/{publicId}` takes the same value as `shareToken`.
