# Set or clear a price watch's target

`PATCH /v1/price-watches/{publicId}/target`

## Request

Runs `priceWatch.updateTarget`; owner-only. A null `targetPrice` clears the target. Rejects with 400 when the target is not below the baseline the watch started at.
