Attribute a run's recording chat to leads and push {PREFIX}CHAT to Brevo.

PRD-46 Phase 2. Enqueued after recording ingest populates
``run.recording_chat``. Idempotent via ``run.brevo_chat_attributes_synced_at``
(set only after all pushes succeed). If the host's CHAT attribute is missing
it skips-and-logs rather than auto-creating it.
