Receive webhook events from the ManyMeet OAuth app (shared across all hosts).

Unlike per-host S2S endpoints, every OAuth-connected host routes through the
same Zoom app and the same webhook URL. The host is resolved from the payload
(``account_id`` first, then ``host_email`` / ``operator`` as a fallback).

Auth: verifies the Zoom signature against ``config.ZOOM_OAUTH_SECRET_TOKEN``.
