`POST /api/v2/mailboxes/import`

Register a fleet from a pasted credential sheet.

Each row is proved against the mail server before it earns a row in the
table, so the list can never fill up with entries whose only possible
report is "cannot sign in". The reply says ok or why not, per row, and
never repeats the password back.
