Finish a top-up the browser had to interrupt for a 3-D Secure challenge.

The PaymentIntent is re-read from Stripe rather than trusted from the
client, and it has to be one we created for this account: the id travels
through the browser, so posting somebody else's would otherwise credit this
workspace with their money.
