The customer overrules the classifier.

A "sure, send it over" was once filed as not interested, which suppressed
the whole company and told nobody. The classifier is fixed, but the
customer reads their own replies and must be able to correct the next one
without waiting for engineering. Correcting to interested reverses the
suppression, drafts the answer and sends the notification that was missed.
