Cancel a campaign's auto-start without pausing it.

"Don't start this on your own" and "stop this campaign" are different
answers, and folding the first into the second would leave the customer with
a paused campaign they have to remember to unpause. This keeps it in review,
reviewable, and waiting for them instead of for a clock.
