What has happened, newest first, with enough of the person attached to render.

Polled on the dashboard: this is the surface that proves the money is doing
something, so it carries the company and the name rather than a bare event.

`pending` is the one genuinely unfinished thing: a lead the sender has picked
up, or the next one in line. A log whose newest row is always already
finished reads as a report, so the real in-flight row is worth the extra
query.
