Everyone who asked for the free trial on the homepage, whatever the guard
decided, with what they did with the leads and whether they went on to pay.

Trial accounts sit on the free plan (usage.DIRECT_MAP folds
`unlimited_trial` into it), so no other screen can tell them apart from an
ordinary free signup. The claim events are the record of who came through
this door; the pack row says how much of it they spent.
