Every workspace's hot replies, newest first: who answered, for whom, what
they said, and whether the customer has answered back.

Hot is the digest's definition (positive, question, referral). A yes the
customer leaves sitting in "new" is the most expensive thing on this page,
so unanswered ones carry their age.
