A thin wrapper over the one checkout path the whole product uses, rather
than a second one: everything that makes a Getlead checkout work - the
affiliate coupon, the ad attribution, the Terms checkbox, the guard against
selling a second subscription to the same customer - lives in
billing_routes and would have to be rebuilt here otherwise.
