`POST /api/unlimited/start`

Send a sign-in code, whether or not the address has an account yet.

Deliberately different from the funnel's own login-code route, which answers
404 for an unknown address because it only ever signs existing customers
back in. This one is a signup, so an unknown address is the normal case and
the answer is the same either way: no caller can learn from the response
whether an account exists.
