`POST /api/funnel/confirm-lifetime`

After the lifetime PaymentIntent succeeds, create/activate the Supabase user
(auto-login via temp_password) and grant lifetime access + any order bumps.
Idempotent. Mirrors confirm-subscription so the post-checkout flow → onboarding.
