    - `payment_provider_name` string, required: The name of the payment provider connection.
    - `payment_provider_code` string, required: Code of the payment provider connection.
    - `source` 'stripe', required: The payment provider that raised the error.
    - `action` 'payment_provider.register_webhook', required: The action that was being performed when the error occurred.
