# Open cash register

`POST /tabs/{storeId}/cash-registers/{cashRegisterId}/open`

Abre la caja en el turno actual. Si el local no tiene turno abierto, también abre el turno. Queda registrado a nombre del usuario que conectó el MCP de administración y usa sus permisos, como en el PDV. Con un token de la API responde userRequired.

  - `startBalances` object[]: Monto con que parte la caja por medio de pago, normalmente el efectivo contado. Opcional.
    - `paymentMethodId` string, required: Medio de pago, de GET /tabs/{storeId}/payment-methods.
    - `balance` number: Monto contado en la caja.
  - `startComments` string: Comentarios de apertura.

    - `openedByName` string, nullable: Quién la abrió.
    - `closedAt` string, nullable: Fecha de cierre en este turno.
