# List All Investigations

List investigations for the active team, most recent first.

When ``types`` is supplied (the verticals switched on in Settings), the
list is scoped server-side to the live pipelines backing those verticals,
so the frontend never receives cases for switched-off verticals. With
``page`` the response is one page plus the board's counts; ``status``,
``product`` and ``q`` narrow that page and its ``total``.

## Query parameters

- `types` string, nullable: Comma-separated insurance verticals to scope the list to (e.g. 'pet,homeowners'). Omit to return every case.
- `page` integer, nullable: Page to return, 50 claims per page. When present the response is {items, page, page_size, total, counts, scope_total}; when absent it is every claim in the types scope as an array.
- `status` string: all, in_progress, complete, flagged or cleared. Paged only.
- `product` string, nullable: One insurance type (the product chip), within types. Paged only.
- `q` string: Search text, up to 200 characters: case number, claimant, policy number, provider or a file name. Paged only.
