# Preview a rendered email template

`POST /public/v1/email-templates/{templateId}/preview`

Renders the template with the same renderer the runtime uses. Supplying a personRowId interpolates that Person's values.

## Path parameters

- `templateId` integer, required

## Request body

## Response `200`

Rendered email

  - `subject` string, required
  - `html` string, required
  - `text` string, required
  - `personRowId` string, nullable, required
  - `unresolvedVariables` string[], required

## Other responses

- `400` — Invalid request
- `401` — Unauthorized
- `404` — Email template not found
- `409` — Version conflict (TEMPLATE_VERSION_CONFLICT)
