`POST /api/scheduled_scripts/{slug}/confirm`

Approve the exact contents of a script and schedule it as this admin.

A Context Agent confirms straight from the draft it wrote and tested: the
directory is published onto main first, so write → test → register is one
turn. The draft keeps its copy, so the eventual merge is a no-op — and a
later edit that merges without a confirm breaks the pin.
