`POST /api/rls_attributes/upsert`

## Request

Adjust policy on an existing definition — the default-value opt-in and the
maximum age. Definitions themselves only ever come from the Looker sync.

  - `allow_default_source` boolean, nullable
  - `max_age_hours` integer, nullable
