# Update replication config

`PUT /api/replication/{config_id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://app.getdot.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://app.getdot.ai/api/replication/{config_id}`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-API-KEY`
  - API key in cookie `Authorization`
  - OAuth 2 (password, token URL `/api/auth/token`)

Update schedule, enable/disable, or rotate credentials.

Credential rotation re-encrypts the stored secret blob in place; the
config keeps its id and sync history. The next scheduled sync will use
the new credentials; the user can also click Sync Now to validate
immediately.
