# Get Capability Flags

`GET /api/capability_flags`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://app.getdot.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://app.getdot.ai/api/capability_flags`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-API-KEY`
  - API key in cookie `Authorization`
  - OAuth 2 (password, token URL `/api/auth/token`)

Return the workspace's capability flags merged with defaults.

Readable by any authenticated user so the frontend can gate UI for the
current viewer (modeler hides Skills tab, end users see consent checkbox,
etc). Only admins can modify via POST /set_capability_flag.
