# Api Resolve App

`POST /api/apps/{app_id}/resolve`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://app.getdot.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://app.getdot.ai/api/apps/{app_id}/resolve`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-API-KEY`
  - API key in cookie `Authorization`
  - OAuth 2 (password, token URL `/api/auth/token`)

Incremental resolve (docs/apps-compiled-spec.md): recompile request-form
queries whose compile inputs changed, write the committed `.app.lock`, and
return per-query outcomes with old/new compiled text for diff review.
Queries whose inputs match the lock are never sent to the LLM. Does not
execute the query DAG or activate a build.
