# Api App Lineage

`GET /api/apps/{app_id}/lineage`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://app.getdot.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

  - API key in header `X-API-KEY`
  - API key in cookie `Authorization`

Where this app's data comes from: cards → queries → tables → dbt models → sources.

Member-only, like every other endpoint in this namespace — there is no public/embed twin.
`include_usage` opts into the "also used by N apps" fan-out, which is the one part that
needs an org-wide sweep; the graph itself never waits on it.
