`POST /recollection-case/{recollection_case_id}/loans`

## Add loans to a recollection case
Link one or more additional loans to an already-open recollection case. The case must be
open (not closed), and none of the loans may already be linked to another open
recollection case — a loan can only belong to one open case at a time (same conflict
semantics as `POST /recollection-cases`: 409 on a match).

## Path parameters

- `recollection_case_id` string, required

## Headers

- `X-Decision-Id` string, uuid, required

## Request body

- ApiAddLoansToRecollectionCaseRequest
  - `loan_ids` string[], required — Loans that are being recollected

## Response `200`

OK

## Other responses

- `400` — Missing `X-Decision-Id` header or value is not a valid UUID.
- `403` — Decision is not approved, the calling identity does not match the proposer, no planned operation matches this endpoint + payload, the matching step has already been executed, or the caller is not a recognised proposing Operator.
- `404` — No Decision exists for the supplied `X-Decision-Id`.
