Create a group via SCIM

## Path parameters

- `account_id` integer, required

## Request body

- CreateOrReplaceGroupSCIMRequestRequest: Base class for all request payloads. It is expected that each endpoint extends this class to define its own payload format
  - `schemas` string[], required: The SCIM schema of the request
  - `externalId` string: The external ID of the group
  - `displayName` string, required: The display name of the group
  - `members` GroupMemberComponent[]: The members of the group
    - `value` string, required: The ID of the member
    - `display` string, required: The display name of the member
