`GET /logo/{chain}/{address}`

## Request

A 128 px WebP of the token's logo, fetched once from the upstream source and cached on disk. A placeholder image (200) when there is none — never a 404, so an `<img>` never breaks. Every `logoURI` in Arc rows points here.

## Path parameters

- `address` string, required: EVM address, hex, case-insensitive.

## Response `200`
