# Outbound Game

`GET /api/out/game/{slug}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.getcheapgames.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.getcheapgames.com/api/out/game/{slug}`
- Auth: none declared

A buy link that does not go stale: a game, optionally a store, and a market.

For links that leave this site and live on somewhere else — an AI
assistant's answer, a chat, a saved note — and are clicked days later. An
offer's own `/api/out/{id}` names one listing, and a listing can be
re-regioned or withdrawn; this names what the reader wanted and resolves it
when they click: the cheapest in-stock offer (at `store`, when given) that
will activate in `country`, chosen by `_rankable`, the rule the page and the
crawler shell price with. Then it goes through the same interstitial and
`/go` as every other click, so the affiliate tag and the click record are
exactly the ones a click on the page produces.

Region-locked keys are left out, which the page's headline price does not
do: the page shows the warning beside the price, and a link followed from a
chat shows nothing until the key fails to activate.

Nothing left to sell there sends the reader to the game's page, which is
ours and lists who does; an unknown game to the market's home page.
