`POST /api/account/password`

## Request

A new password, for the current one (and a current code where the
second factor is on). Every other session ends — whoever else was in is
out — and this one stays. The address hears of it, when confirmed.

409 `no-password` for an account without one: a first password is set
from the reset link (module docstring), which proves the inbox.
