# Create Dashboard

`POST /v1/dashboards`

Create an empty dashboard. Add widgets with POST /v1/widgets or POST /v1/dashboards/{id}/widgets/{widget_id}.

  - `data_type` 'observability' | 'simulation' — Which data the dashboard visualizes
