Successful Response

- PrepareAccountDeletionResponse: ``ready`` is false while calendars are still disconnecting; the caller retries later. ``result`` follows the organizations owners: ``stopped`` when the deletion gates are off (nothing was changed), ``fenced`` when the user's recorded identity is no longer ``deleted`` at ``expected_generation`` (nothing was changed), and ``retryable_failure`` with ``reason='gate_unavailable'`` when the gates could not be evaluated (HTTP 503).
