Copy a source Tiptap document to a cloned sandbox file.

Fetches the source as Yjs and creates the destination at
``cloned_file_id``. A missing source or existing destination returns
``duplicated: false`` with ``source_missing`` or ``already_exists``;
other Tiptap failures return 502.
