`POST /onboarding/dev/test-account`

## Request

Mint a disposable, fully onboarded account and sign it in.

The fast path to "a new user's first open" for testing the coach: no
onboarding app, no Stripe, no hand-off token. 404 outside ``DEV_MODE``,
like the ``/auth/dev/*`` link generators.

## Request body

- DevTestAccountRequest: Mint a disposable, fully onboarded account for this athlete (DEV_MODE only).
  - `athlete_slug` string, required
  - `name` string, nullable
  - `timezone` string, required

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- DevTestAccountResponse: The claim session plus the credentials, so the account can be re-entered later. Only ever returned by the DEV_MODE route.
