# Generate Email Thread Draft

`POST /email/threads/{thread_id}/draft`

Fill the composer. Never sends. Failure is an empty box.

## Path parameters

- `thread_id` string, uuid, required

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- EmailThreadDraftRead — Ephemeral composer fill. Empty ``text`` means no draft — never an error wall.
  - `text` string, required
  - `agent_id` string, uuid, nullable

## Other responses

- `404` — Email thread not found
- `422` — Validation Error
