# Create Stay Brief

`POST /api/v1/stay-briefs`

Create a stay and start briefs in this request. Nobody is messaged.

## Request body

- StayBriefCreate — One save: hotel + who is in the stay + brief on. Runs now.
  - `property_id` string, uuid, required
  - `in_house` boolean
  - `arriving_within_hours` integer, nullable

## Response `201`

- StayBriefPrepareResponse — What create/prepare did in this request. Nobody was messaged.
  - `list_id` string, uuid, required
  - `name` string, required
  - `hotel_name` string, nullable
  - `guest_count` integer, required
  - `events_emitted` integer, required
  - `events_processed` integer, required
  - `runs` integer, required

## Other responses

- `404` — Hotel not found
- `409` — Could not create or prepare this stay
- `422` — Validation Error
