# List Findings Agent Route

`GET /api/v1/voice-agents/{voice_agent_id}/findings`

Flywheel V1.2 — per-agent findings with bucketed aggregation.

Serves the cockpit's Findings tab for standalone agents. Returns
bucketed counts and the most recent items within the time window.

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- FindingsQueryResponse — V1.2 — per-subject findings with optional bucketed aggregation. ``groups`` contains aggregated counts keyed by ``raw_payload.finding_category`` (``group_by=tag``, reviewer findings only) or by ``source`` column (``group_by=source``). ``items`` carries the most recent findings up to ``limit``.
  - `subject` SubjectRead, required — Subject of a Flywheel cycle (V1.1a). Mirrors the ``Subject`` discriminated dataclass used internally — a cycle is scoped to either a standalone ``VoiceAgent`` or a ``VoiceAgentGroup``. The XOR is enforced at the DB layer via ``ck_flywheel_runs_subject_xor`` on ``flywheel_runs``.
