Stop answering on a number.

The row is REVOKED and its token discarded; its assistant endpoints go
explicitly — the row is reused on reconnect, so the FK cascade never fires,
and an endpoint left behind would route guests' messages to a connection
that can no longer reply. The number stays registered with Meta: it is the
hotel group's number, and deregistering it is theirs to do.
