HubSpot appends ``portalId``, ``userId``, ``userEmail``, and ``appId``.
``userId`` and ``userEmail`` are stored on the approval. The address is
not logged and is not sent to Sentry. The body is ``action``,
``objectType``, ``objectId``, ``hubspotThreadId``, and, for approve,
``draftText``. A note is written on the record with the scopes the
install already has. A failed note does not remove the approval.
