# Get Experiment Model Options

`GET /api/v1/geo/experiments/{experiment_id}/model-options`

Eligible models per platform + this experiment's current selection + defaults.

Drives the experiment settings "Models by provider" control. Never fails on
catalog unavailability — build_platform_catalog degrades to built-in defaults
and flags it via ``degraded``.

- `experiment_id` string, uuid, required

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- GeoModelOptionsRead — Model-selection options for an experiment's settings UI. ``platforms`` is the eligible catalog per platform (OpenRouter availability ∩ GEO eligibility); ``selection`` is the experiment's current per-platform choice (empty = using defaults); ``defaults`` is the built-in default per platform; ``degraded`` is True when the catalog fell back to built-in defaults because OpenRouter was unreachable, so the UI can hint the list may be limited.
